1. Scope and conditions of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site HAPO.EU.

ERGOSANTÉ reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the general conditions of sale in force will be applied to each order.

Any customer who has placed an order on Ecosiege.fr is considered to have de facto and without reservation accepted the general conditions of sale in force.

2. Presentation of the products

HAPO.EU cannot be held responsible for any errors in product descriptions. Photographs do not enter into the contractual scope.

3. Product availability

Our products are offered while stocks last and on order depending on the options chosen and the product.

If one or more items in your order are out of stock, HAPO.EU undertakes to notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

4. Product prices

The prices of our products are expressed in euros and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). They may be modified at any time and without notice. The products will always be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

You can place your order in three possible ways online, on the website www.ecosiege.fr

An order is deemed to have been placed on HAPO.EU and the general conditions of sale accepted once you have clicked on the "Yes, I confirm my payment" or "I pay by bank transfer" buttons.

The data recorded by ERGOSANTÉ Pet, our secure payment provider, constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

If the ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. They will then be offered the choice of modifying their order or canceling it.

HAPO.EU reserves the right to refuse to honor an order from a customer who has not paid for all or part of a previous order or with whom a payment dispute remains.

6. Payment

You can pay for your order by different means:

Payment card (credit card, Visa, Mastercard);

Wire Transfer;

By Paypal;

By administrative mandate;

As long as a product has not been fully paid for, it remains the property of ERGOSANTÉ.

7. Shipping and delivery

All our deliveries are sent by colissimo followed by POST for small parcels and by our carrier for furniture. ERGOSANTÉ undertakes to ship orders within 48 working hours (depending on product availability) following receipt of your payment. Delivery time should then be added by post, generally 48 to 72 hours by Colissimo.

If this is not possible (out of stock, etc.), the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

In the case of an order comprising products with different shipping times, the shipping time of the order will be the longest of the products ordered, unless specifically instructed by the buyer. ERGOSANTE reserves the right, in this case, to split shipments.

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified when placing the order.

ERGOSANTÉ cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery, as it is dependent on an external service provider. Any erroneous or missing, and necessary, mention in the delivery address and the identity of the customer releases ERGOSANTÉ from responsibility for the delivery.

ERGOSANTÉ cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a product out of stock, unavailability, nor for any case of force majeure. Ecosiege.fr therefore declines all liability for any indirect damage: operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage, costs, etc

Shipments to the DROM-COM require specific transport procedures, in particular the intervention of a freight forwarder at the buyer's expense for heavy and/or bulky products. In this case ERGOSANTÉ reserves the right to inform the buyer who will decide whether or not to maintain their order.

8. Warranty and after-sales service

All products are guaranteed for a minimum of one year and a maximum of 10 years for certain products. For furniture requiring major repair, factory return may be necessary; warranty costs are covered by ERGOSANTÉ.

10. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen clear days from the delivery of your order to return the delivered item for exchange or refund. However, the following conditions must be met:

the products must not have been unpacked;

shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer;

11. Sale abroad

The products we sell comply with French legislation. However, ERGOSANTÉ cannot be held liable in the event of contravention of the legislation of a foreign country where the products are delivered.
